• When a topic is assigned to a writer, it automatically goes into their open assignments queue and the status is set to To-do
• When the writer begins to work on the topic, they can change the status to Being Written
• Once the topic is completed, the writer can mark done and status changes to completed and the topic moves to the completed assignments queue
• Assignments can be filtered by date
